Core42 is the trading name of Define42 Pty Ltd (ABN 37 650 545 341). This policy explains what personal information we collect through core42.com.au, why we collect it, how it is stored, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, company (optional), and message.
• Assessments and scorecards. Your responses and calculated scores. If you request a full report, we also collect your name, email address, and company (optional).
• Whitepaper downloads. Your name and email address.
• Scheduling. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

Site analytics are collected through Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not identify individual visitors.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, send the report or document you requested, and follow up where you have expressed interest in our services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to operate the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Web3Forms (download form processing), and Calendly (scheduling). Some of these providers store data on infrastructure outside Australia, including in the United States. We limit what is collected to what the site functions require.

Storage and security

Assessment completions and lead details are stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to Core42 personnel. We retain this information while it remains relevant to your enquiry or our engagement with you, and we delete it on request.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@core42.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at info@core42.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or providers change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
